Conformal coating

Conformal coating is a special protective coating applied to the surface of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and components. Its core function is to form a transparent or translucent thin film on the surface of the circuit board, thereby providing "three-proof" protection for electronic assemblies. This thin film can effectively resist moisture condensation, acid, alkali, and salt corrosion, fungal growth, as well as a certain degree of dust contamination and chemical erosion, greatly improving the reliability and service life of electronic equipment in harsh environments.

Thermal conductive silicone grease

Thermal conductive silicone grease is a paste-like thermal interface material made by grinding and mixing specialty silicone oil as the base oil with high-thermal-conductivity, high-temperature-resistant inorganic fillers. Its basic design logic is not to rely on itself to become the main heat conduction body, but rather to use its soft paste form, under assembly pressure, to fully fill the microscopic depressions and gaps invisible to the naked eye between the heat-generating component and the heat sink, squeezing out the air, whose thermal conductivity is only about 0.026 W/(m·K), and establishing an efficient heat transfer path through the material's own thermal conductivity, thereby greatly reducing the interfacial contact thermal resistance.

Silicone gel

You can think of it as a substance between jelly and modeling clay, and after curing it can even self-repair. In terms of chemical composition, it is usually also composed of two-component addition-cure silicone, A and B, with no small molecule release during curing and extremely low volume shrinkage. Its most core characteristic lies in its extremely low cross-link density.
